Who we are...
Established in 2001, we came to the
Alexandria area with the intent of
starting a boarding and training facility
to cater to anyone who wanted to learn
how to ride- no matter what the age.
We are always happy to speak with
new horse owners about any questions
or concerns they may have concerning
the health and well being of their new
horse. Our resident trainer is originally
from Florida where the competition
level is stiff and unforgiving. Many
olympic and Grand Prix riders winter in
the sunshine state to keep their
competitive edge. We have 25 plus
years of experience in the equine
industry, ranging from general care,
feeding and nutrition, training, proper
care of young stock, breeding,
showing, proper operation and
maintenance of the facility, saddle, tack
and equipment fitting and use, and of
course, riding.
What we offer...
A family oriented facility
Magnolia Meadows Farm
We currently have openings for horses to board consisting of 35' square
private pens. We include 2 feedings daily of high quality 12% pellets and hay that
is tailored to meet each horses' maintenance level.
The pens are cleaned twice daily also. Boarding costs begin at 185.00 per month.
We also offer lessons for students ages 8 to 80. We teach hunt seat equitation,
and dressage. We also offer western pleasure and western equitation.
Our horse training program is designed to get maximum results using "new age"
methods along with the "tried and true", to create a well rounded young horse just
starting out- or if you have an older mount that needs "tuning up.
